What a wonderful and inspiring Stake Conference. We hope that you felt the Spirit as messages about charity, the Restoration, missionary work, faith, and more were shared with us this weekend.
Next week we will resume our regular church meetings, but Priesthood and Relief Society will be combined.

Congratulations to Desirae Badger and family who welcomed their baby boy on Saturday morning at 6:27am. Jack was 9 lb 7 oz and 21.5 in long. Mom and baby are doing well.

Thursday January 26th: Birthday Party7:30pm at 3744 Miramar Rd. in the Mesa community room. Birthday party for all those sisters who had birthdays in October, November and December. This is a fun event and not to be missed. It's a chance to get together and just hang out.

Saturday January 28th: The 9th Annual Mormon Battalion Commemoration Event10am to 3pm at Old Town San Diego State Park. This is a great family activity, hands on historical activities for all ages, bring your neighbors and friends. Those who would like to march in the parade, please be at Old Town State Park by 8:45 a.m.
There is a call for contestants to Dutch Oven Bake-off held during the Mormon Battalion Commemoration event Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Old Town San Diego State Park. This is a fun activity for individuals, friends, youth groups to use their outdoor culinary talents. Dishes will be judged and prizes awarded.
