Dear Sisters,
We hope you had a wonderful conference weekend. We are so grateful to have inspired leaders to counsel and guide us. We're grateful for the Spirit that we feel when we listen to the messages given at conference and pray that we can all ponder them and find ways to apply those messages.
Please remember to pray and fast for our Focus Five sisters by name: Nancy Cash, Michelle Wheeler, Nicole Heaps, Glenda Huxford, and Mercedes Peck.
The Bishopric has asked us to pray at noon everyday for missionary opportunities and to have the Spirit to be able to recognize those opportunities and open our mouths. This Sunday we have a chance to fast for this purpose as well. There are a lot of wonderful things to be fasting for this Sunday!!!
Happy Birthday this week to Darcie Walker (Oct. 6th).
Congratulations to Sister Allison Nelson and family who had their baby a couple weeks ago. Anna Magdalena Nelson was 7 lbs. and 22 in. long.

We have been encouraged to find one family name to take to the San Diego Temple with us. We have two months to achieve this goal!
