Dear Sisters,

Thank you Kirsten Culverwell for theaching the lesson about Elder Scott's talk from the latest General Conference "How to Obtain Revelation and Inspiration for your Personal Life."  Four practical prinicples that help us improve our communication with our Father in Heaven are: 1. Do not yield to anger, hurt or defensiveness. 2. Be cautious with humor.  Loud, inappropriate laughter drives the Spirit away. 3. Careful quiet speech (no exaggerating) invites Spirit. 4.  Good health practices.  May we improve our ability to obtain revelation and inspiration for out personal lives!.

Next week's lesson is a message from the RS Presidency. It is Fast Sunday.

This Week in Announcements:
Thursday May 31: Style Swap & Mingle
6:30pm We'll be mingling and swapping women's clothing and accessories, kids' clothing, decorations, household items and anything else.  Don't have anything to swap?  That's OKAY!  Just come and see if there's anything you want or just come and mingle.  Unclaimed items will be donated to Deseret Industries.  Nursery will be provided. If you have stuff to contribute but can't make it to the activity, you can drop stuff off at Julina's, Jenn Moyle's or Ashley Haug's. Questions?  Contact Julina julinam@gmail.com.

VISITING TEACHING- It is the end of the month!  Please remember to report your visiting teaching efforts to your supervisor, how your sisters are doing and what you are doing to meet their needs. Thank you so much for all your service!
