Donations Needed

The mission has a need for any of the following items to be donated:

• Twin frames, foundations and mattresses
• Chests of drawers
• Kitchen tables and chairs
• Pots and pans
• Kitchen baking utensils
• Utensils (knives, forks and spoons)
• Vacuums
• Ironing boards and irons
• Microwaves
• Toasters

Many of these items have been donated in the past.  However, the mission has 70 more missionaries than it did a year ago, which has necessitated the opening of at least 14 additional apartments.  Items can either be dropped of at the Mission Office (7404 Armstrong Pl, SD 92111) or arrangements can be made with the Office for the items to be picked up (858-277-0910/Sister Redford).

I thought this might present a fun "Secret Santa" opportunity for some of the families in our stake or perhaps a good excuse to donate that toaster, vacuum or ironing board you have that is still in decent shape, but you really want a new one!
