Relief Society Page

Dear Sisters,

Thank you Sister Stephanie Bailey for teaching the lesson on The Unspeakable Gift of the Holy Ghost by Elder Jay E. Jensen. We learned about the different roles of the Holy Ghost and different ways in which the Holy Ghost communicates with us.

Next week's lesson will be combined with Priesthood.

Please remember to pray for our Focus Five sisters by name.

Happy Birthday this week to Lindsay Treasure (Apr. 28th)

This Week In Announcements:

Tuesday April 24th: Temple Sealings
5:30pm.  We need to provide four women and men for this reservation.  We still need three women (or couples) to sign up.

Thursday April 26th: Freezer Meals
6:30pm at the church.  We have a lot of women in the ward expecting babies and hope to be able to provide some meals for them in advance!

Saturday April 28th: Mormon Helping Hands Service Day @ Doyle Park
8 am breakfast provided.  9am-12pm. Our ward is assigned to weeding and planting. This is a great activity for the whole family. Children are welcome to help, but there will also be babysitting at the park. Bring gardening tools and gloves if you have any.

Mark Your Calendar:

Thursday May 3rd: Primary Talent Show and Potluck

It could be showing a piece of art work, a tower built out of legos or your amazing Kung Fu moves. Whatever your child is into. Please email Lucynthia to tell her what your child's talent will be runlurun@gmail.com.

Tuesday May 8th: Temple Sealings
5:30pm (June 14th @ 6:30pm as well)

Friday May 18th-Saturday May 19th: Father/child Campout
@ Crestline at PalomarThis is the same location as the ward campout last fall.  You may also just send your husband even if you don't have kids or don't want to send your kids.

Other Annoucements:

There has been a problem with the WIFI usage at the church building on Sundays.  Many of our teachers and family history consultants have not been able to connect to the WIFI due to the traffic from other users.  If you do not NEED to be connected to the WIFI at church, please refrain from doing so.  Thank you so much.

We love you,

Sallee, Julina, Katie, & Andrea
