Relief Society Page

Dear Sisters,

Thank you Sister Emilee Diehl for teaching the lesson on Living What We Believe. We discussed President George Albert Smith's determination to be a really good person and the high standards he set for himself.  We are also expected to have high standards of conduct and the Gospel and the covenants we keep help us reach and maintain this standard.

This Sunday's lesson will be lesson #2
Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself, out of the Teachings of the Presidents of the Church:  George Albert Smith

Congratulations to Janel Gleason and family who welcomed their baby boy Henry Eugene on December 24th.  Henry was 8lbs. 15oz.  and 19in. long.  Everyone is doing well.

Happy Birthday this week to Maria Burton (Jan. 14th) and Amy Hallows (Jan. 14th).  Our apologies to Sarah Bean whose birthday was on the 8th and not the 7th!  Oops!

If you or anyone you know is looking for some extra income, ProFlowers/RedEnvelope is hiring seasonal call center agents for the Valentine’s Day Season ($10/hr).  The call center is 24/7, so early morning and afternoon availability is welcome.  You can apply here.  If you have any questions, email Julina Manning: jmanning@providecommerce.com

We have some things we're getting rid of and wanted to see if anyone in the ward wanted them before they got listed on craigslist:
Ikea Sniglar Crib and crib mattress -- $50 (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60091931/)
Pottery Barn Brooke crib bumper (perfect condition!!) -- $40 (http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/brooke-nursery-bedding/)

All items are in great condition, like new. The Ikea crib is especially great for small apartments. It fits a regular sized crib mattress but takes up much less room than traditional cribs.
