This is from JV Agnew in the stake. "I just spoke to a coworker who is interested in renting a room long term from someone in 1st Ward boundaries. She is about my age (Mid-forties) and leads a busy life so she won't be around very much. She is looking for a nice quiet place to sleep and space to read a book on occasion."
