Summer is here! We are lucky to live in such a beautiful place that entices friends and family to come visit us. With all the various summer plans out there, we thought it could work to set up some sort of apartment swap where visitors could pay reduced hotel rates to stay in your place while you're gone.

We will be gone June 26 - July 6 and would be happy to make our apartment available for visitors.
My apt. is available July 29 to Aug. 9th.
There is an older female visiting professor coming to San Diego July 6th through Aug. 4th and would like to rent a place close to UCSD for $1000.00. She was going to rent my one bedroom apt. in Costa Verde but it is not available and she would really like a similar situation. I have met her son who seems very nice and spoken to her several times. She is not a member but is a fully accredited University Professor with an bio at the University you can check out. Please call ASAP 858-997-7775 if you have a place you can rent to her. Thanks!

Kristen - I'm going to call you, but my brother, sister and some friends are coming down for the fair and to see lifehouse on July 1. They will be staying from June 30 to July 5. We would keep some here at our place, but may need a place for a few more. Let me know!
