We will be making heat therapy rice bags! Just in time for winter, when your toes
might need a little warming
up. These bags are also useful for injuries and can be used hot or cold. We won't
exactly be making the ones pictured,
but boy will they be cute!

Below you will find the fabric amounts, and other
things, you will need:
15" x 8" two pieces for outside of bag
13" x 8" two pieces for inside (muslin)
essential oil scent (optional...we may have one there for you)
We will provide the rice that will go inside the bags, so don't worry about that!
