This month we are going to be doing skirts for our project. They are super easy: bias, a-line, elastic waist and narrow hem. We will be meeting the evening of June 11th from 7 to 9 at the ward building. Hope to see you there.
What you will need:
*for a skirt that will hit just below the knee 2 yard (45 inch) or 1 3/4 yard (60 inch) of fabric for your skirt
*for an ankle length skirt you will need 2 1/2 yards of 60 inch wide material.
*1 yard of 1/2 inch elastic
If you want to line you skirt please bring that same amount of fabric in a lining material (like a Georgette material type). Also remember matching thread. Call me if you don't understand what you need to buy.
