Hi, friends! So I've talked to a couple of people about doing a little, informal infant massage class sometime. Casey and I have enjoyed massages since she was just a few of weeks old (though her hands aren't really strong enough to get my worst knots out yet... just kidding). It's such a nice, relaxing way to enjoy your baby (and stimulate neural development!) --and I felt like it was a relief to have another way to interact with Casey, especially when she wasn't so very interactive on her own yet. :)
For those who are interested, what time would work well for you? My initial thought was that we could do it during the day; I think those with more than one child could bring the older kids and we could set them up to play together off to the side. But if you think that would be more distracting than relaxing, we could shoot for an evening time when dads can watch older kids. Let me know what you think, either in a comment to this post or in an email to me (amyroxie@gmail.com).
I'm really looking forward to this--it's so fun! :) Amy O'Keefe

I am excited about this baby massage class! I can come any time during the day usually. My work schedule varies from week to week but afternoons are usually free...maybe around 4 or 4:30 after her nap. That is my 2 cents.
This does sound like fun!
