What better time to decorate cupcakes than at Halloween! Come join us at the Nobel park, the tables by the playground. Monday at 10am for some cupcake fun! All you need to bring is the kids and some decorations, frosted cupcakes will be provided. See you there! Leave a comment with how many people you are bringing so we are sure to have enough.
